How to Fix the Red Light on Your TP1 Trophy Printer

If your TP1 Trophy Printer shows a red light, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1. Power Down and Remove Labels

   • Turn off the printer.

   • Open the printer and remove the label roll.

   • Close the printer lid.

2. Reset the Printer

   • Turn the printer back on.

   • Wait for the red light to flash.

   • Press and hold the FEED button for 2–3 seconds.

   • When the red light flashes and you hear a beep, release the button immediately.

3. Reinsert Labels and Restart

   • Wait for 2 seconds, then turn the printer off again.

   • Open the printer, insert the label roll properly, and close the lid.

   • Turn the printer back on.Your printer should now be reset and ready to use.
