Returns Policy
We completely understand if you change your mind after purchasing!
You have 30 days to qualify for a return of your order. To qualify for a return and refund, items should be sent back to us unopened, unused and in original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened and used.
The buyer is responsible for the postage cost of the item back to us.

Warranty Policy

As standard, every order comes certified with our free 12 Month Warranty.
Our warranty covers you for any manufacturer defects that may occur.
We will do our best to either replace the item or offer you a full refund.
What's not covered by the warranty?
- Theft or loss of your Trophy
- Misuse or abnormal use of the product
- Accidental damage caused to the product
- Damage caused from Loadshedding or power cuts
- Product being used for unintended purposes
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic Imperfections
- Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs
- Consumable Parts (Print head + thermal labels)
