Excited and Disappointed

I was very excited when I received my printer. Did a lot of research before I settled on this one. It was a bit more pricy than other printers in its range so I hoped it would be a bit more robust than the others. I was also keen to support a local company.

The QR code to installation instructions didn't work (got this error: net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID)
Once I found the driver elsewhere it took a few hours to download despite my okay internet speed and the file not being that large (Trophy server seems to be having issues maybe?).

Printer setup was easy enough but I still haven't managed to print from my Macbook despite extra IT support. Managed to print from my iPhone though, so that's fine. iPhone App is a third-party app (Z-Label) which works well, but has a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes in the interface!

Once I got the printer up and running I enjoyed it a lot! Worked great, was so excited and told everyone about it. Started making plans to buy one for the company I work at. But then after two weeks of regular use I switched it on and got an error report and so it appears to be broken. Still under warranty, but very nervous to replace it if it can break this easily. I want to love this machine.

I have followed the steps but printing is still not working. Example 50x50 round stickers no such option or 100x50 label sticker no such option. I am really frustrated with this rubbish thing.
