I bought my Trophy T1 printer a couple of months ago and it's been a life changer when it comes to shipping my packages. The time saved using BobGo and Trophy is just incredible. I recently sent a WhatsApp to the Trophy team enquiring about how I can set up Bluetooth printing from my laptop, because I keep the printer quite a distance from my laptop and the cable is too short. Jenna answered quickly and advised that Bluetooth printing is unfortunately not supported on the laptop, only the printer. I said I'd have to look for a longer USB printer cable and thanked her for her time. The next day, I received a WhatsApp with a link to a well priced 3m USB Printer cable on Takealot. I wasn't expecting that and I was so impressed with the service. Thanks Jenna.
